CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS

We charge fees on a contingency basis under the Contingency Fees Act. This means our fees are calculated as a percentage of your successful outcome and are only payable if your claim succeeds.
NORMAL HOURLY BASIS
You may choose the normal hourly fee arrangement, where fees are billed for the actual time spent on your matter at our standard hourly rates. All costs are explained and agreed upfront.
